DUBI offers a 30-day return period from the date of purchase.

To request a return, you must contact us within 30 days of placing your order.

To qualify for a return under our voluntary return policy, the product must generally be:

Unused and in its original condition.
Returned with its original packaging.
Complete with all original parts, accessories, and materials.
Free from damage, modification, or excessive handling.
Accompanied by proof of purchase or your order number.

For hygiene and safety reasons, products that have been opened, used, or placed in the mouth may not qualify for a return or refund, except where the product is defective, damaged, incorrect, or applicable law requires otherwise.

Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns where permitted by law.
